A Fresh Look - Power Washing Exterior Surfaces

Shine Window Cleaning will be on-site power washing Summer Pines townhome exteriors in early spring. Weather permitting, work will begin on Monday, May 3rd and could run through May 5th.

The cleaning process utilizes a “soft wash” technique that removes and kills organic growth, giving townhomes a "fresh" look for summer.

This "soft wash" is safe for pets, as all chemicals are diluted to manufactures’ specifications and surfaces are thoroughly rinsed after. Please keep pets inside while cleaning is in progress.

Shine Window Cleaning will require access to water sources throughout Summer Pines. Kingwood Management has identified homes that would be best to “tap” into for each building and will be contacting those homeowners soon.

Homeowners who rent units should pass all details along to their renters.
